TSR is hiring a talented Social Media Manager to lead the complete online presence of a fast-growing transformation brand. You’ll handle digital content strategy, manage multiple platforms, and convert engagement into real business growth. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys creativity, strategy, and measurable impact.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a complete social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

Plan and post 30–60 engaging content pieces monthly, including Reels, carousels, and stories.

Build and maintain content calendars ensuring daily and consistent updates.

Engage with the online audience through comments, messages, and community discussions.

Monitor platform insights and KPIs like reach, engagement, and ROI to optimize campaigns.

Work closely with designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce creative content.

Launch innovative campaigns aligned with brand goals and product launches.

Stay updated on trends, features, and algorithms across platforms.
Skills & Requirements:

3–5 years of experience managing social media for brands, influencers, or startups.

Strong command of Instagram and YouTube strategy with proven growth results.

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and analytics tools.

Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.

Balanced mix of creativity and data-driven decision-making.

Fast, organized, and trend-aware, capable of handling multiple projects remotely.
