Job Details

This is a blended support process. You will handle customer queries through chat and calls. Good communication and problem-solving skills are important.

Work Schedule

The company offers a fixed part-time work schedule with rotational shifts.

  • 5.5 working hours daily
  • 6 working days
  • 1 rotational week off

Laptop And Internet Requirements

Candidates must have their own laptop and proper internet setup. Desktop and MacBook are not allowed.

  • Windows 11 Pro required
  • Laptop only
  • Minimum 8GB RAM
  • Minimum 128GB SSD
  • Internet speed 100 Mbps
  • Power backup required
  • Wi-Fi mandatory

Processor Requirement

Any one of these processors is accepted.

  • Intel i3 12th Gen or above
