This is a chat support role. You will handle customer queries through chat and help solve their problems. No calling work mainly.

  • Handle customer queries via chat
  • Provide quick and clear responses
  • Solve customer issues properly
  • Maintain chat records and details
  • Follow company process and rules

Skills & Requirements

  • Good English communication
  • 1 year experience preferred
  • HSC or Graduate can apply
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Immediate joiners needed
