Job Overview
This is a chat support role. You will handle customer queries through chat and help solve their problems. No calling work mainly.

- Handle customer queries via chat
- Provide quick and clear responses
- Solve customer issues properly
- Maintain chat records and details
- Follow company process and rules
Skills & Requirements
- Good English communication
- 1 year experience preferred
- HSC or Graduate can apply
- Basic computer knowledge
- Immediate joiners needed
