Role Summary
You will work as a chat support associate helping customers with their queries and basic technical issues. This role requires good communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities & Support Tasks

Handle customer queries through chat support

Troubleshoot basic technical issues (software/hardware)

Guide users step-by-step to resolve problems

Assist in system setup and configuration
