Job Overview

This job is for banking collection process work. Work is about calling customers, handling communication, and supporting recovery or collection related tasks. Freshers and experienced both can apply. Selection is mostly direct walk-in or telephonic interview.

Main Work

• Handle customer calls for banking collection process
• Explain payment details in simple way
• Maintain call records and update system
• Follow up for pending payments
• Work with team for smooth process

Communication Work

• Speak in Hindi and basic English
• Good communication is important for calling work
• Any extra language is an advantage
• Handle customers politely and calmly

Basic Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma or ITI or 12th with experience
• Age above 20
• Good communication skill
• Willing to work in office setup in Raurkela

Working Details

• 6 working days in a week
• Rotational weekly off
• Full-time office job
