About This Work

This work is for a luxury sleepwear brand called After Dark. It is a small team so every person matters here. Work is simple but needs care and good talking style. You will talk with customers and help them in a polite way. This is not big corporate setup. This is small brand where your work will be noticed.

Work Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and answer their questions
• Reply to messages on Instagram, WhatsApp and email
• Help in order placing, returns and custom requests
• Talk to walk-in customers if needed
• Work with production team for updates
• Manage basic work on Shopify and inventory
• Use simple AI tools to improve customer experience

Skills Needed

• 1 to 2 years experience in fashion retail or customer dealing work
• Good English speaking and writing
• Calm and polite nature
• Respectful behavior with customers and team
• Able to handle pressure and solve problems

Salary and Benefits

Salary is given as per experience between ₹25,000 to ₹35,000. Paid sick leave is available. Work from home option is given. Good chance to grow with brand.
