Job Overview
This job is for customer service role in domestic process. Work is about handling customer queries, solving problems, and giving support in simple way. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply if language requirement is matching.
Language Requirement
- Malayalam & English candidates needed
- Hindi & English candidates needed

Main Work
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Solve customer queries and complaints
- Give correct information to customers
- Maintain call records and updates
- Support customer issue resolution work
