Language Requirement

• Malayalam & English candidates needed

Main Work

• Handle inbound customer calls
• Solve customer queries and complaints
• Give correct information to customers
• Maintain call records and updates
• Support customer issue resolution work

• Freshers and experienced both eligible
• Male and female both can apply
• Immediate joiners preferred

• 6 days working with rotational week off
