Job Role: Provide excellent customer service in the UK voice process, resolving queries for clients across multiple time zones.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
• Minimum 6 months experience in international voice process
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working rotational shifts (24×7)
