What You’ll Do:
- Take inbound calls from US customers and provide product/service information
- Resolve customer questions and objections professionally
- Document all customer interactions accurately
- Help customers have a smooth and positive experience
Who Can Apply:
- Bachelor’s degree holders preferred (any stream)
- Strong English communication (spoken & written)
- Comfortable working from Chandigarh office
- Flexible to work rotational shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Freshers or candidates with 0-1 years of experience are welcome
