What You’ll Do:

• Take inbound calls from US customers and provide product/service information
• Resolve customer questions and objections professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately
• Help customers have a smooth and positive experience

Who Can Apply:

• Bachelor’s degree holders preferred (any stream)
• Strong English communication (spoken & written)
• Comfortable working from Chandigarh office
• Flexible to work rotational shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Freshers or candidates with 0-1 years of experience are welcome
