About The Work

The selected candidate will handle customer support and load booking work for US logistics clients. The work also includes outbound sales calling and shipment coordination.

Candidates should be comfortable working in night shift. Good English communication is important. Hindi speaking knowledge is also required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Support load booking activities
• Coordinate with trucking companies
• Communicate with logistics partners
• Support clients drivers and dispatchers
• Provide shipment updates
• Confirm bookings on time
• Build customer relationships
• Achieve daily booking targets
• Maintain customer satisfaction

Experience Needed

Candidates should have minimum 2 years experience in:

• Customer service
• BPO
