Key Responsibilities & Work Profile

Handle customer queries through voice support (international process)

Provide solutions for technical and order-related issues

Manage order processing and renewal activities

Maintain accurate customer data and records

Identify issues and suggest process improvements

Support customers with clear communication and service quality
Eligibility & Skills Required

1–4 years of experience in customer support / BPO

Experience in order management or renewals preferred

Strong English communication (verbal & written)

Basic sales and customer handling skills

Knowledge of MS Teams, Outlook, and computer systems

Good listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
