Key Responsibilities & Work Profile

  • Handle customer queries through voice support (international process)

  • Provide solutions for technical and order-related issues

  • Manage order processing and renewal activities

  • Maintain accurate customer data and records

  • Identify issues and suggest process improvements

  • Support customers with clear communication and service quality

Eligibility & Skills Required

  • 1–4 years of experience in customer support / BPO

  • Experience in order management or renewals preferred

  • Strong English communication (verbal & written)

  • Basic sales and customer handling skills

  • Knowledge of MS Teams, Outlook, and computer systems

  • Good listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
