About This Role

This role is for Customer Care Executive in international voice process. Work includes talking to international customers and solving their queries. Good English speaking is very important.

Interview process is simple with only 2 rounds. Selection is fast through virtual interview.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer calls
  • Solve customer problems clearly
  • Maintain good communication on calls
  • Keep customer satisfied
  • Update call details in system

Skills Required

  • Experience in international BPO voice
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle customers politely

Work Details

  • Hybrid mode after training
  • Both side cab facility available
  • Week off not fixed (mostly Saturday or Sunday)
  • Location: Cyber City, Gurugram

Salary and Benefits

Salary is around ₹38,000 in hand and ₹42,000 CTC after training. Extra incentives are also given. Cab facility is provided for both sides.
