Kid City USA in Fort Collins is seeking a passionate and organized Director dedicated to ensuring quality care and development for children in a licensed childcare setting. This role involves managing daily operations, maintaining compliance with state and corporate guidelines, and fostering a positive environment for children, parents, and staff.

<li><strong>Office Organization:</strong> Keep an organized office space to manage administrative tasks efficiently.</li>
<li><strong>Child Development Focus:</strong> Demonstrate a strong commitment to the growth and development of children under your care.</li>
<li><strong>Dependability:</strong> Serve as a reliable leader with excellent references and a positive attitude toward daily interactions with children.</li>
<li><strong>Director’s Credentials:</strong> Must possess the necessary Director’s credentials to meet state requirements.</li>

<h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></h3>

<li><strong>Education:</strong>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma/GED and a minimum of 1-year experience in a licensed childcare facility.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, OR Level IV Early Childhood Professional Credential.</li>

</li>
<li><strong>Age Requirement:</strong> 21 years or older.</li>
<li><strong>Relocation:</strong> Ability to relocate to Fort Collins, CO 80525, before starting work.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Preferred Certifications:</strong></h3>

<li>CPR Certification</li>
<li>Child Development Associate Certification</li>
</ul>
