Job Openings:

• Telecalling: Engage with clients and customers over the phone, provide support, and answer queries.
• Support Engineer: Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to customers remotely.
• Data Entry Support: Input and manage data for various departments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Medical Coding: Analyze and assign codes to medical diagnoses and procedures for insurance and billing purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Telecalling: Handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer inquiries, and provide assistance as required.
• Support Engineer: Respond to technical issues, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and resolve problems promptly.
• Data Entry Support: Accurately enter data into systems, ensuring no errors and maintaining consistency.
• Medical Coding: Analyze medical records and assign appropriate codes for billing and insurance claims.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills for Telecalling and Support Engineer roles.
• Familiarity with data management systems for Data Entry Support.
• Experience with medical coding, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes, for the Medical Coding role.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software tools.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus while working remotely.
