Sri Lakshmi Groups is hiring a General Manager Service for its authorised Mahindra service centre in Salem.
The candidate will manage workshop operations, service, parts and customer-care activities. The role also includes business growth, profitability and team management.
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Manage overall service centre operations.</li>
<li>Handle workshop, service, parts and customer-care functions.</li>
<li>Drive service revenue and profitability.</li>
<li>Achieve monthly and annual business targets.</li>
<li>Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.</li>
<li>Improve customer retention and service experience.</li>
<li>Monitor workshop productivity and bay utilisation.</li>
<li>Ensure repair quality and timely vehicle delivery.</li>
<li>Maintain turnaround time and first-time-right repairs.</li>
<li>Lead and motivate the service team.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Mahindra processes and quality standards.</li>
<li>Manage warranty procedures and safety requirements.</li>
<li>Review KPIs and MIS reports.</li>
<li>Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Mahindra regional teams.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Required Qualification</strong>
<ul>
<li>Diploma, Graduate or Post Graduate.</li>
<li>Diploma or Graduate in Automobile Engineering is preferred.</li>
<li>Mechanical Engineering qualification is also preferred.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Required Experience</strong>
<ul>
<li>10–12 years of relevant automobile industry experience.</li>
<li>Experience in commercial and personal vehicle service is preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in automobile after-sales management is preferred.</li>
</ul>
