Sri Lakshmi Groups is hiring a General Manager Service for its authorised Mahindra service centre in Salem.
The candidate will manage workshop operations, service, parts and customer-care activities. The role also includes business growth, profitability and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall service centre operations.
- Handle workshop, service, parts and customer-care functions.
- Drive service revenue and profitability.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Improve customer retention and service experience.
- Monitor workshop productivity and bay utilisation.
- Ensure repair quality and timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain turnaround time and first-time-right repairs.
- Lead and motivate the service team.
- Ensure compliance with Mahindra processes and quality standards.
- Manage warranty procedures and safety requirements.
- Review KPIs and MIS reports.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Mahindra regional teams.
Required Qualification
- Diploma, Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Diploma or Graduate in Automobile Engineering is preferred.
- Mechanical Engineering qualification is also preferred.
Required Experience
- 10–12 years of relevant automobile industry experience.
- Experience in commercial and personal vehicle service is preferred.
- Experience in automobile after-sales management is preferred.
