Job Overview
This role is for an experienced HR professional who can manage complete HR operations for multiple companies under one group. You will handle recruitment, payroll, compliance, and team coordination across different locations.
Core Responsibilities & HR Functions
- Manage complete HR strategy and operations across group companies
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments
- Build hiring pipelines and manage bulk hiring
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
- Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and KPI tracking
- Manage payroll coordination (India & international)
- Oversee HR systems like Keka (mandatory experience)
- Handle employee engagement, grievances, and retention
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Coordinate with teams in Noida, Dubai, Kochi, and US
Eligibility & Skills Required
- 4–6 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and team scaling
- Experience in payroll and HR compliance
- Hands-on experience with HRMS (Keka required)
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multi-location teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR / Business Administration
- HR certifications (preferred)
