About This Role
This work is for HR recruiter profile. Main task is hiring candidates for BPO and other roles. Work includes full recruitment process from starting to final selection. Person should know basic hiring work and be ready for calling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Do sourcing and find candidates
- Screen and shortlist CV as per requirement
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Post jobs and do mass mailing
- Call candidates daily and explain job details
- Complete bulk and lateral hiring work
Eligibility and Skills
- Experience in BPO hiring and recruitment process
- Knowledge of bulk hiring and sourcing
- Good communication skill
- Ability to handle high number of calls (around 100 per day)
- Basic understanding of interview and screening
Compensation Details
This is commission based work. Incentives are also given based on performance. Earning depends on number of successful hiring done.
Work Style
Flexible timing is given. Work from home setup. Person should be active and regular in calling and follow-ups. Good for someone who wants growth in recruitment field.
