Job Overview

This job is for senior chat support role in a top MNC BPO process. Work is mainly handling technical queries from US customers through chat. Support is given for desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues in a non voice environment.

Main Work

• Handle technical chat queries from US customers
• Solve issues related to desktop, laptop, and mobile phones
• Provide clear and simple solutions through chat
• Maintain proper records of customer interaction
• Work in premium international process setup

Process Details

• 100% non voice chat process
• Night shift work
• 5 days working per week
• Cab facility available
• International customer handling (US process)

Eligibility

• Graduation or Undergraduate or B.Tech/B.E can apply
• Minimum 1 year BPO customer service experience required
• Good communication skill needed
• Chat process knowledge preferred
