About the Company:
Trydo School is an online learning platform that helps people learn digital marketing skills and start earning through freelancing or client work. In this role, you will support students inside the learning community while also guiding them toward advanced programs that help them grow faster.
Main Responsibilities:

Onboard new members and help them understand the learning platform and community

Respond to student queries and provide support through community channels

Build strong relationships with students and understand their goals

Identify opportunities where students may benefit from advanced programs

Conduct upsell conversations with existing members for suitable programs

Follow up with inactive members and encourage engagement

Coordinate with internal teams to improve student experience and retention
Required Skills & Experience:
-
6 months to 1 year experience in customer support, sales, or customer success roles

Prior experience in upselling or cross-selling to existing customers
-
Good communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

Comfortable balancing customer support and revenue-related conversations

Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
