Square Surfaces is a U.S.-based distributor of premium quartz, granite, quartzite, and porcelain slabs and tiles. They supply fabricators, builders, architects, and designers, with a focus on quality, consistency, and expanding their digital product catalog.
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Data Manager to maintain product information, update digital assets, and manage product listings across ERP and website platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Product Data Management
- Create and maintain product records in the ERP system
- Manage SKU codes, product names, categories, and specifications
- Maintain the master product database
Product Images & Digital Assets
- Organize product image folders using SKU naming standards
- Upload slab photos, close-up images, lifestyle images, and spec sheets
- Ensure consistent image naming and storage
Website Product Updates
- Upload and update product listings on the company website
- Add accurate descriptions, specifications, PDFs, and related documents
Data Quality & Organization
- Verify product information before publishing
- Maintain structured digital libraries and ensure consistency between ERP and website
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of product data entry/catalog management
- Ability to manage large volumes of product images
- Good written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- Managing ecommerce or website product listings
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or CMS platforms
- Experience in tile, stone, or building materials industry
Working Hours
- Partial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (e.g., 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST)
