Job Overview
The Real Estate Executive will source and acquire high-potential properties, negotiate rental agreements, and coordinate onboarding to convert properties into revenue-generating assets.
Key Responsibilities & Role Details
- Identify and acquire independent houses, villas, and suitable buildings for rental operations
- Source properties via brokers, owners, and local networks
- Conduct site visits to assess location, size, and furnishing potential
- Negotiate long-term lease agreements and finalize commercial terms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and property owners
- Coordinate with internal teams for property setup and go-live
- Maintain a strong property acquisition pipeline and meet monthly targets
- Track key metrics such as acquisition numbers, conversion rates, and revenue potential
Eligibility & Skills Required
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, property acquisition, or field sales
- Strong network with local brokers and property owners (preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively
- Knowledge of guest house, co-living, Airbnb, or rental business (preferred)
- Understanding of Leave & License agreements and basic legal documentation
