<p>The Real Estate Executive will source and acquire high-potential properties, negotiate rental agreements, and coordinate onboarding to convert properties into revenue-generating assets.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities & Role Details</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify and acquire independent houses, villas, and suitable buildings for rental operations</li>
<li>Source properties via brokers, owners, and local networks</li>
<li>Conduct site visits to assess location, size, and furnishing potential</li>
<li>Negotiate long-term lease agreements and finalize commercial terms</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and property owners</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams for property setup and go-live</li>
<li>Maintain a strong property acquisition pipeline and meet monthly targets</li>
<li>Track key metrics such as acquisition numbers, conversion rates, and revenue potential</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Eligibility & Skills Required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1–3 years of experience in real estate, property acquisition, or field sales</li>
<li>Strong network with local brokers and property owners (preferred)</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills</li>
<li>Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively</li>
<li>Knowledge of guest house, co-living, Airbnb, or rental business (preferred)</li>
<li>Understanding of Leave & License agreements and basic legal documentation</li>
