<h3>Job Overview</h3>
<p>This work is mix of recruitment and client handling. You will help companies hire people. You will also talk to clients and support business work. Work is simple but needs regular communication and follow-up.</p>
<h3>Salary Details</h3>
<p>Fixed salary is <strong>₹20K per month</strong>. You can also earn more with commission. Total earning can go up to <strong>₹1L per month</strong> based on performance.</p>
<h3>Main Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Handle full recruitment process from start to end</li>
<li>Talk with clients and build good relation</li>
<li>Find candidates from LinkedIn and other platforms</li>
<li>Take interviews and manage candidate pipeline</li>
<li>Support business development work</li>
</ul>
<h3>Skills Required</h3>
<p>Basic understanding and confidence is important.</p>
<ul>
<li>Communication skill in English</li>
<li>Interest in recruitment or sales</li>
<li>Ability to work independently</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of hiring platforms</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualification</h3>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.</p>
<h3>Experience</h3>
<p>0 to 2 years experience can apply. Freshers with good communication also allowed.</p>
<h3>Work Timing</h3>
<p>Work will be in <strong>Canada time (EST shift)</strong>. Candidate should be comfortable with this timing.</p>
