About the Opportunity
The company is looking for a motivated recruiter. You will manage the complete hiring process. You will work with clients from different industries. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates from job portals.
- Screen resumes.
- Conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule client interviews.
- Follow up with candidates.
- Maintain a talent pipeline.
- Update ATS and CRM records.
- Coordinate with clients.
- Share hiring reports.
- Meet hiring targets.
Eligibility
Candidates with recruitment experience are preferred. You should be able to work independently. A laptop and internet connection are required.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in manpower consultancy is preferred.
- Construction or engineering hiring experience is a plus.
- Own laptop is required.
- Stable internet connection is required.
