Job Description:

NextEra Energy Resources, a leader in renewable energy, is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager with expertise in SAP HANA FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) and accounts payable (AP) processes. This role supports capital project needs and financial operations, especially within the FI-GL/AP and Logistics Invoice Verification areas of SAP HANA ERP. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Accounts Payable processes with a deep understanding of SAP configurations and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP FICO Leadership: Lead S4 HANA ERP projects with a focus on FI/CO modules, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.
• Project Execution: Oversee planning, estimation, design, configuration, testing, and production release on projects impacting multiple business areas.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate efforts, prioritize tasks, coordinate testing, and manage changes.
• Agile Coaching: Train and coach leaders, teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in Agile practices such as Scrum, Lean, and Kanban.
• Team Management: Manage program and release backlogs, track completed initiatives, and ensure transparency by managing risks and dependencies.
• Continuous Improvement: Embrace Agile engineering best practices, support innovation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track program-level metrics and manage budgets within ±5% variance.
• Change Management: Act as a change agent in Agile transformation efforts, fostering collaboration and transparency across the organization.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in SAP FICO core modules (FI-GL/AP and Logistics Invoice Verification) and 3-5 years hands-on configuration experience.
• Accounts Payable Expertise: Extensive experience in Incoming PO/Non-PO Invoices, Credit Memos, and Outgoing Payments in SAP ECC or HANA.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Management Experience: 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Agile Methodology: Experience in Agile methodologies with tools like Jira.

Preferred:

• Full Lifecycle Implementations: At least 2-3 complete SAP ERP implementations.
• Certifications: CPA or MBA is advantageous.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with SAP integration (e.g., Materials Management, Sales and Distribution), Tax Software (OIDT, Vertex), and OCR solutions.
• ERP Expertise: Familiarity with ECC to S4 migration projects, GAAP, and SOX compliance.
