Social Media Tasks

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter
• Schedule and post daily content
• Maintain content calendar
• Ensure regular updates and consistency

Community Engagement

• Reply to comments and messages
• Handle audience queries on time
• Build and manage community
• Maintain professional communication

Growth Work

• Track post performance and engagement
• Suggest improvements based on trends
• Identify viral topics and opportunities

Coordination Work

• Work with content and design teams
• Ensure timely posting
• Align content with campaign goals

Skills Required

• Knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms
• Good communication in Punjabi, Hindi, English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of political content

Preferred Profile

• 1–3 years experience in social media or marketing
• Experience with campaign-based content
• Knowledge of Punjab audience trends
