Job Role
This is an International Voice Process role where you will handle US healthcare queries related to medical billing and insurance. There is no sales or marketing involved in this position.
Key Responsibilities

Handle queries from doctors and hospitals related to medical billing

Resolve insurance and billing-related issues

Maintain accurate records and follow process guidelines

Communicate effectively with international clients

Work in night shift (US process)
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: Undergraduate

Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)

Basic knowledge of MS Office and good typing speed

Age limit: Up to 35 years
