Responsibilities

Handle domestic customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email

Support international blended process operations

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Deliver excellent customer service in Hindi and English
Eligibility & Skills

0–1 year experience (freshers allowed)

Graduate (any discipline)

Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English

Comfortable with 24/7 night shifts

Ability to work 6 days per week with 1 rotational weekly off
