AdsDial Pvt. Ltd. is hiring HR Interns (Talent Acquisition) for a remote internship. This opportunity is ideal for students and freshers who want practical experience in recruitment and HR operations. You will work with the HR team while building valuable hiring and communication skills.

Internship Duration

• 3 months
• Extension based on performance and business requirements

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule
• Around 6 hours per day
• 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Contact candidates through phone, email, or WhatsApp
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
• Support the HR Manager with daily recruitment activities
• Follow up with candidates during the hiring process

Eligibility

• Students pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Freshers can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and MS Office or Google Workspace is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
