Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads using SEO, digital ads, and social media platforms.

Manage CRM databases using tools such as Zoho, SAP, or ERP systems.

Prepare MIS and marketing performance reports on a regular basis.

Execute SEO and SMO strategies to enhance online presence.

Track campaign results using Google Analytics and similar tools.

Communicate with leads via emails, calls, and WhatsApp for follow-ups.

Support internal teams by maintaining accurate CRM and ERP records.
Skills & Requirements:

1–4 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM handling.

Proficiency with CRM tools like Zoho, SAP, or ERP.

Knowledge of SEO techniques and keyword optimization.

Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies.

Skilled in MIS reporting and data accuracy.
