This hybrid remote role offers fixed salary plus performance-based incentives, ideal for candidates motivated to earn through sales.
<strong>Key responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Identify and reach potential clients via calls, email, social media, and networking</li>
<li>Promote services including website development, custom ERP, and digital products</li>
<li>Generate leads and convert them into sales</li>
<li>Maintain relationships with new and existing clients</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal team to understand client requirements</li>
<li>Maintain records of leads, prospects, and completed deals</li>
</ul>
<strong>Required skills & experience:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Good communication and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Basic understanding of digital services (websites, software, IT solutions) is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and meet sales targets</li>
<li>Prior experience in sales/marketing preferred but not mandatory</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of online marketing or social media outreach beneficial</li>
