<p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p>

<p>Call students and working professionals in the USA every day</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Find people looking for IT jobs or open to new opportunities</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Keep a list of interested candidates</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Explain why working with our consultancy is beneficial</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Reach weekly targets for calls and conversions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain records in Google Sheets or similar tools</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Report daily progress to your manager</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills and Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Speak and write English well</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Good at talking and convincing people</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Can work night shifts (US time zone)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Laptop or desktop, smartphone, and stable WiFi needed</p>

<p>Work at least 8 hours per day</p>

<p>Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or similar tools</p>
