Battery OK Technologies is hiring a Telecaller Executive. The company works on EV DOCTOR™, a smart battery diagnostic solution. The goal is to help EV garages and service centers become EV ready.
This opening is for a confident and empathetic person. You will talk to customers. You will explain the product clearly. You will also help the sales team with qualified leads.
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>

<li>Call EV garages, dealers, service centers, and battery businesses</li>
<li>Explain EV DOCTOR™ features and benefits</li>
<li>Share pricing and use cases clearly</li>
<li>Understand customer needs</li>
<li>Qualify leads for the sales team</li>
<li>Follow up through calls and WhatsApp</li>
<li>Maintain call records and lead status</li>
<li>Coordinate for demos and closures</li>
<li>Support customers with polite communication</li>
</ul>
<strong>Requirements</strong>
<ul>
<li>Good communication skills in Hindi</li>
<li>Basic English communication skills</li>
<li>Comfortable with calling and follow-ups</li>
<li>Experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of EV, automobile, battery, or tools industry is a plus</li>
<li>Comfortable using CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets</li>
<li>Discipline and target focus are important</li>
<li>Patience and clarity in communication are needed</li>
