We are hiring a Senior Wedding Film QC Editor.
This is not a basic editing work.
This role needs strong taste, clear judgment, and calm communication.
You will check wedding films before final delivery.
You will look for weak storytelling.
You will catch pacing issues, missed emotions, and delivery problems.
You will help the team send only premium work to clients.
<strong>What You Will Do</strong>

<li>Read client feedback carefully</li>
<li>Record clear revision notes for editors</li>
<li>Approve only delivery-ready projects</li>
<li>Stay in touch with editors during work</li>
</ul>
The clients are international.
Their style can be very different.
Some want emotional storytelling.
Some want luxury.
Some want fast cinematic cuts.
Some want documentary style.
Your job is to understand the client’s need.
Your personal taste should not decide the final output.
Quality means matching the client’s vision.

You may get feedback in English.
You may also get voice notes, Loom videos, WhatsApp recordings, and written notes in other languages.
You do not need to know all those languages.
You should be able to understand them with tools and explain the changes clearly.
<strong>Working Hours</strong>
The available time is 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST.
You do not need to work continuously.
But you must stay available.
The response time should be fast.
Reliability matters a lot.
<strong>Selection Process</strong>
Shortlisted candidates will get three real client projects.
You will review each film.
You will understand the client need.
You will note every quality issue.
You will record a Loom video with your feedback.
<strong>Compensation</strong>
The starting pay is ₹10K per month.
The pay can grow with performance.
