Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer data using TeleCRM
• Communicate with clients via phone and WhatsApp (Hindi & English)
• Handle queries, convince prospects, and generate sales
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Coordinate with team for customer satisfaction and retention

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• 1–2 years experience in telecalling / sales / CRM preferred
• Knowledge of TeleCRM and WhatsApp Business API preferred
• Strong convincing skills and confidence in handling objections
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Laptop/PC, smartphone, and stable internet required

• 12th Pass preferred
