Job Overview/Description:
Santham Exports is looking for an experienced Weaving Manager to oversee weaving operations for all running orders. You will coordinate with merchandisers and loom factory managers to ensure timely fabric production and delivery while maintaining quality standards. This role requires strong knowledge of fabric types, production calculations, and textile processes.
Responsibilities:

Follow up daily with merchandisers and loom factory managers to track order progress.

Calculate the required meters of fabric for each order accurately.

Assess feasibility and nature of weaving for different fabrics.

Ensure timely production and delivery of fabrics as per order schedules.

Maintain proper records of all weaving follow-ups and updates.

Coordinate with the team to solve production issues promptly.
Skills & Requirements:

3–4 years of experience in a textile-based export company.

Strong understanding of weaving processes, fabrics, and production planning.

Ability to calculate material requirements from order sheets.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.
