Responsibilities

Manage complete operations of all Chennai branches

Handle HR, administration, recruitment, training & salary processing

Oversee accounts, billing, P&L, stock, purchase & vendor management

Lead teams, ensure discipline, hygiene & top-quality service standards
Eligibility & Skills
-
Minimum 10 years experience in managerial roles (clinic/hospital/wellness preferred)

Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
-
Must be skilled in Accounts, Excel & Tally

Ability to manage full operations and travel across branches
