What you’ll do

Handle international inbound and outbound calls.

Provide customer support via email and chat as needed.

Generate leads and assist in sales conversions.

Maintain CRM records and update case details accurately.
Who should apply

Minimum 1 year experience in international calling/processes.

Strong English communication (spoken & written).

Own laptop and stable internet connection.

Comfortable working night shifts (if required by the campaign).
