<p><strong>Key Responsibilities & Work Area</strong></p>

<li>Supervise daily production activities as assigned</li>
<li>Maintain proper storage and documentation as per standards</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines</li>
<li>Handle batch processes, line clearance, and changeovers</li>
<li>Manage rejection handling and waste disposal</li>
<li>Maintain logbooks and batch records accurately</li>
<li>Coordinate equipment maintenance</li>
<li>Optimize manpower and production efficiency</li>

<p><strong>Eligibility & Skills Required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Qualification: B.Pharm</li>
<li>1–4 years of experience in pharma production</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of cGMP and manufacturing processes</li>
