<p><strong>Key Responsibilities & Role Details</strong></p>

<li>Manage hiring process from sourcing to joining of candidates</li>
<li>Handle bulk and high-volume recruitment</li>
<li>Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media</li>
<li>Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews</li>
<li>Coordinate interviews with hiring managers</li>
<li>Maintain MIS reports and recruitment trackers</li>
<li>Support onboarding and follow-up with selected candidates</li>
<li>Ensure proper hiring process and compliance</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Eligibility & Skills Required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field</li>
<li>1–4 years experience in recruitment</li>
<li>Experience in manufacturing/technical hiring preferred</li>
<li>Good communication and coordination skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li>
