<p>Square Surfaces is a U.S.-based distributor of premium quartz, granite, quartzite, and porcelain slabs and tiles. They supply fabricators, builders, architects, and designers, with a focus on quality, consistency, and expanding their digital product catalog.</p>
<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Data Manager to maintain product information, update digital assets, and manage product listings across ERP and website platforms.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Product Data Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create and maintain product records in the ERP system</li>
<li>Manage SKU codes, product names, categories, and specifications</li>
<li>Maintain the master product database</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Product Images & Digital Assets</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Organize product image folders using SKU naming standards</li>
<li>Upload slab photos, close-up images, lifestyle images, and spec sheets</li>
<li>Ensure consistent image naming and storage</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Website Product Updates</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Upload and update product listings on the company website</li>
<li>Add accurate descriptions, specifications, PDFs, and related documents</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Data Quality & Organization</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Verify product information before publishing</li>
<li>Maintain structured digital libraries and ensure consistency between ERP and website</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Experience with Excel / Google Sheets</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of product data entry/catalog management</li>
<li>Ability to manage large volumes of product images</li>
<li>Good written English communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with ERP systems</li>
<li>Managing ecommerce or website product listings</li>
<li>Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or CMS platforms</li>
<li>Experience in tile, stone, or building materials industry</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Working Hours</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (e.g., 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST)</li>
