Job Overview

This role is for working in BigBasket store support and security related duty. Work includes store assistance, basic security check and helping in daily store operations. Only male candidates are mentioned in this hiring.

Work Schedule

Rotational shift system is there

• Morning shift: 6 AM to 3 PM
• Evening shift: 2 PM to 11 PM
• Night shift: 10 PM to 7 AM
  Total duty: 9 hours including break

Salary & Benefits

• In-hand salary approx ₹14.39K
• Night allowance ₹1.2K
• Incentives ₹1K to ₹10K
• PF and ESIC benefits available
• Total earning approx ₹18K to ₹21K+ per month

Job Responsibilities

• Store monitoring and basic security check
• Help in store daily operations
• Maintain discipline in assigned area
• Support staff during work hours
• Follow shift timing properly

Important Note

Resume is mandatory at time of joining. Salary is credited in bank account on 7th of every month.
