Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Qualification

• Make 100-150 cold calls daily
• Engage leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Qualify prospects using Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline framework
• Understand pain points and transformation goals

Appointment Setting

• Schedule 5-6 qualified appointments daily for Sales Closers
• Maintain detailed CRM records
• Send confirmations and reminders
• Achieve 60-80%+ show-up rate

Pipeline Management

• Nurture leads across multiple touchpoints
• Handle objections confidently
• Coordinate seamless handoff to sales team
• Submit daily performance reports

Skills & Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in appointment setting / inside sales / BDR
• Strong Hindi & English communication skills
• Proven appointment target achievement
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach
• CRM, Google Workspace & WhatsApp Business proficiency
• Resilient, target-driven, persuasive personality
