This role is for customer support work. You will handle voice calls. Work is from home. You must speak Bengali and Hindi clearly. Basic English is also helpful.

Job Details

You will talk to customers and solve their queries. Work needs patience and clarity.

Skills Required

• Typing speed 25 WPM
• Accuracy 90%

You should speak clearly and politely. Listening skill is important.

System Requirements (WFH)

• Windows 10 or 11 system
• Minimum 10GB RAM

Salary Details

• Fresher: ₹12.5K approx. per month
• Experience: ₹14.1K approx. per month

Salary depends on experience.
